1. Who this policy covers

This policy is issued by Integrum, the company that operates Aegis, registered at 114 Lavender Street, #05-78 CT-HUB 2, Singapore 338729, and governed by the laws of Singapore. Integrum is referred to below as "we," "us," or "Aegis." It applies only to your visit to this marketing website. It does not cover the Aegis product application itself (aegis.app) — if your organization is an Aegis customer, how the product handles your organization's data is governed by your own agreement with us, not this page.

2. What we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• What you submit. The Request a demo form asks for your name, email and the type of request. Company, role, organization size and a message are optional. The Get access form asks only for your work email.
• Standard web server logs. Our web server records IP addresses, browser details and requested pages for security and troubleshooting.

This site does not use cookies, session tracking, third-party analytics or advertising pixels.

3. How we use it

We use the details you submit to respond to your request, such as arranging a demo, discussing pricing or helping with access. Submissions are emailed to the team rather than stored in a website database.

4. Who sees it

Amazon Web Services’ email service (Amazon SES) delivers form submissions to the Aegis team’s mailbox.

5. Where it's processed

This website and its form-handling service run on infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific (Singapore) region. If you're contacting us from elsewhere, your information will cross into that region to reach our team.

6. How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained in the team’s email system. To ask about retention or request deletion of a submission, use the contact route below.

7. Security

The public website uses HTTPS to encrypt the connection between your browser and the site. The form service checks and limits input before sending it by email.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to how we use it — including rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We don't sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using section 9 below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

9. How to reach us

Use the contact form and select “A privacy request,” or email privacy@integrum.global. We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days.

10. Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. We won't remove disclosures about past practices that are still relevant to information we already hold.
