Start with one team. Agree the cost before you begin.

Aegis is quoted for your deployment. Start with your team, task and systems; agree the evaluation’s scope, timing and cost before you begin.

How to get a useful quote.

  1. Describe one task. Tell us the team involved, the work you repeat and the systems it uses. A rough description is enough.
  2. Agree the evaluation. Discuss the inputs, review points, hosting, success measures and responsibilities.
  3. Review the proposal. Check the deliverables, timing, fees and separate charges before deciding to proceed.

There is no fixed public package or evaluation duration. Your proposal sets these out for the agreed scope.

Scope the evaluation

Decide what the first useful step should cover.

Use these starting points to work out the team, task and systems involved.

One task

Try one recurring task with one team.

  • Choose the task and people responsible
  • Agree the inputs and human review points
  • Define duration and success measures
  • Confirm what setup and support are included
One department

Explore recurring work within a function.

  • Identify the teams, roles and recurring work
  • Confirm systems, identity and data permissions
  • Test approvals and operating limits
  • Agree monitoring and support responsibilities
Across teams

Assess a wider organizational rollout.

  • Define the organizational and integration scope
  • Agree hosting, regions and operational ownership
  • Specify required assurance checks
  • Confirm usage limits, support and service terms

Your proposal sets out the deliverables, timing and cost, including what is covered and any separate charges. These examples help define the scope; they are not fixed packages.

Build the business case

Estimate the time and labour value in scope.

Replace the example values with your own. This calculator runs in your browser; these inputs are not submitted.

Routine labour value in scope

Annual labour value based on the hours and share you entered.

per year, in your currency

Routine hours addressed / year—
Labour value / week—

This estimates the labour value of time in scope, not cash savings or return on investment. It assumes 52 weeks per year and excludes Aegis fees, AI usage, integration, support and human review. Use a pilot to measure what time is actually saved.

How is Aegis priced?
We agree the scope and price for each engagement. Start with a demo around your team’s task, then review a proposal for a practical evaluation.
Can we start with one team?
Yes. Bring one team and one recurring task. We’ll demonstrate how Aegis could support it, then agree the evaluation’s deliverables, timing and cost before work starts.
What will the evaluation proposal cover?

Your proposal specifies the work, deliverables, timing and cost. It identifies the software, setup and integration work included, together with any separate charges.

Each evaluation proposal will specify the hosting arrangement, AI usage costs and who is responsible for them.

Support scope and responsibilities are set out in your evaluation proposal. Any response targets are agreed for that engagement.

What might change the cost?
Ask whether changes in agent count, permitted actions or usage affect fees, and agree how any change in scope would be priced.
Where does our data live?
Agree the deployment and region during scoping. External AI providers and connectors can create separate data flows. Review hosting and data handling.
Can we move away from Aegis later?
Aegis implements open standards, but that does not remove all migration work. Confirm export formats, data access, custom integrations and exit arrangements in your agreement.
